What you can expect

  • Begin your workshop with an exploration of Cyprus sweets and desserts. Then, prepare your own dessert under Eleni's supervision. Learn from scratch the recipe of Cypriot orange cookies and the globally famous Baklava.

    Eleni will be with you explaining step by step the recipes, answered any questions made and help you start your sweet trip.

    Prepare, mix the aromatic ingredients, and bake your personal desserts. At the end, taste your sweets with Cypriot coffee and freshly made Lemonade. Take the rest with you to enjoy later.
