What you can expect

  • We Stolleis have been winemakers for twelve generations. A classic Palatinate family business with a focus on grape varieties such as Riesling and the Burgundy varieties. We farm our vineyards, which are located between Neustadt and Deidesheim in the best sites in the Palatinate, using organically certified methods. This means a lot of manual work all year round, 30 helpers from our family, circle of friends and the surrounding area for the grape harvest in autumn, and then a long period of ageing for the wines in our vaulted cellar.

    Get to know our craft and our wines! One sparkling wine and six wines will be tasted. We will then give you an insight into the work of winemakers on a guided tour of the historic wine cellar and a visit to the estate vineyard.

    If the weather is good, the wine tasting will take place in the idyllic garden.
