The “Starting Time” you choose, is the time you pick up your tickets from our shop. The tour begins in Neuschwanstein approximately two hours later.
Pick up your tickets on time from the shop at Füssen Train Station (Souvenir Shop / Fc Bayern). We will provide you with maps and tips as well as your original entry tickets.
You can then make your way to Hohenschwangau Village by car, bike or using public transport.
The walking time from the Hohenschwangau village (car park, bus stop) to Neuschwanstein Castle is approximately 40 minutes. Alternatively you can take a shuttle bus to the Mary's Bridge and walk across to the castle or take the horse carriage from the bottom of the village up to the castle.
WHY IS THERE A SURCHARGE WHEN BOOKING THROUGH ?
Tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle booked through may be priced higher than those purchased directly via the official webshop.
This price difference is due to several factors:
Processing and reservation fees
To secure a limited allocation of tickets for our guests, we incur additional processing and reservation costs.
Third-party platform fees
Booking platforms such as charge service fees. In return, they provide added convenience, an easy booking process, and the assurance of guaranteed entry to Neuschwanstein Castle.
We believe in full transparency, especially for price-conscious travellers. At the same time, booking through these platforms offers the benefit of reliable planning and confirmed admission for your visit.
Guests who prefer the lowest possible price may choose to book directly through the official website. For those who value convenience, skip long waiting lines and a guaranteed entry ticket without uncertainty and peace of mind - should book with us!
