After being picked up, your 5-hour tour will start with you tasting the riches of the Naxian land. When it comes to Greek and Naxian culture, history can’t be left out. You’ll learn about the unfinished colossal archaic statue of Apollo that was discovered by local farmers.
After a glimpse of the island's ancient past, you will be driven to Naxos' highlands, passing the marble quarries. Of course, your tour cannot leave out the local liqueur of the island, Kitron. For that reason, you will visit a 100-year-old distillery in the village of Halki and admire the process of Kitron-making.
