Experience Naples from an unexpected perspective: the sea. The Wild Posillipo Tour is a guided kayaking excursion along one of the most fascinating and “wild” stretches of coastline in the city, combining nature, history and iconic views, and is also suitable for first-timers.

The departure point is Baia delle Rocce Verdi, at the foot of Posillipo Hill. After an initial briefing on basic paddling techniques and safety rules, you'll get into the water in stable, comfortable kayaks. From the very first paddle strokes, you'll feel the contrast between the city behind you and the silence of the open sea.

Paddling along the coast, you will reach Marechiaro, the famous fishing village with houses overlooking the water and fishing boats. From here, you will continue to the Gaiola area, a natural and archaeological gem: transparent seabeds, tuff cliffs, caves and the remains of ancient Roman villas that are also visible from the surface. The guide accompanies the group with stories, interesting facts and anecdotes that bring the landscape to life.

The last stop is Trentaremi Bay, one of the most pristine corners of the Posillipo coast, among cliffs and rocks shaped by the wind and the sea. Depending on the conditions, you can stop for a short break in the water, swim or simply relax while admiring the panorama with Vesuvius in the background.

The pace is leisurely and accessible: no specific athletic training is required, but the ability to swim and a moderate level of fitness are needed for an outing lasting about 2 hours. The drop-off follows the same stretch of coastline, with new light and new perspectives on what you have just explored.
