What you can expect

The location will be announced depending on where the client is.
The cooking lesson starts at 11 am and ends at 2 pm.
We have different dishes to teach and are as follows which the client will have to have chosen 24 hours before the lesson:

  1. Pilau.
  2. Biriani ( Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian ie Chicken or Beef).
  3. Chapatis made with 2 different flavours and Beans in Coconut sauce or Greens.
  4. Matoke (Plantains/Green Bananas) with Peanut Sauce (Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Version). A Kenya/Ugandan Staple.
    A professional Cook/Chef will start the lesson.

After the lesson, You can sit, and have some banter while enjoying the food made by you!
