Your experience begins with a guided exploration of Mykonos Town, where you will stroll through the island’s characteristic narrow alleys, surrounded by whitewashed cubic houses with colourful wooden doors, windows, and balconies. The maze-like streets, beautiful churches, small chapels, and vibrant bougainvillea flowers create the iconic scenery that makes Mykonos so memorable.
During the walk, you will visit some of the island’s most famous landmarks, including Matoyianni Street, the Old Port, the Church of Paraportiani, Little Venice, and the Windmills. As you wander through quiet cobbled alleys, you will observe everyday island life—laundry hanging from balconies, hidden courtyards, and charming public squares. You will also explore the peaceful area of Lakka, away from the busy high streets, while feeling the refreshing northern wind known as the Meltemi.
Little Venice, with its elegant houses built by wealthy merchants and ship captains in the late 18th century, offers one of the most picturesque views of the sea and is one of the highlights of the walk.
Alternatively, guests may choose a van sightseeing experience instead of the walking tour. In this option, you will visit some of the island’s scenic locations outside Mykonos Town, including the Lighthouse, Ano Mera Village, and Kalafatis Beach, with stops for photos and sightseeing.
