You will follow the entire journey of milk transformation into fresh mozzarella, observe the craftsmanship behind each step, and experience the close connection between nature, animals, and food production.

The visit includes access to the buffalo farm, where you can see the animals up close, and a walk through the factory’s orchard and surrounding areas. The experience concludes with a tasting of one fresh bocconcino of mozzarella, allowing you to savour its authentic flavour straight from the source.
