Know before you book
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- When we have received your booking, we will contact you to confirm the exact pick up time and place. If you have not heard from us in at least 72 hours before the activity start time, please contact us by email
- Children between 6 and 8 years can participate on the first 8 cables only. Children between 8 and 12 years can join in with all cables but will be accompanied by a guide.
- Height, weight and/or age restrictions may apply. Minimum weight is 27kg. Maximum weight is 129kg, with a maximum waist size of 44"
