What you can expect

  • Immerse yourself in a food and wine experience in Montefiore dell'Aso, a picturesque village in the Marche region. Your adventure begins with an exclusive guided tour of our ancient underground cave, the secret location where GroMonte wine slowly ages, developing its unique character. You will learn about the winemaking methods used and the fascinating history of this natural environment, which provides optimal temperature and humidity conditions for our prized wine.

After exploring the cave, the experience continues in the charming historic centre of Montefiore dell'Aso. Here, at a traditional osteria, a GroMonte wine tasting awaits you, paired with a selection of local dishes.

We offer three tour options to suit your interests:

    • Cave Tour + Tasting: A comprehensive journey into the world of GroMonte wine, from the cave to the table.

    • Cave Visit + Tasting + Historic Centre: In addition to wine and food, a guided walk will reveal the secrets and beauty of the medieval village.

    • Cave Visit + Tasting + Historic Centre + Museum Complex: The most comprehensive experience, which also includes an in-depth visit to the Montefiore dell'Aso Museum Complex to discover local art and culture.

Each tour is led by local experts who will share stories and interesting facts, making your visit not just a tasting experience, but a true cultural journey. This experience is perfect for wine lovers, history enthusiasts, and anyone wishing to discover an authentic and captivating corner of the Marche region.
