What you can expect

  • Experience an authentic wine tasting in the heart of Tuscany at Cava d’Onice, a small family-run winery specialising in the production of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.

This exclusive experience is designed for couples and small groups who want to discover the wine tradition of Montalcino in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. During the private tour, visit the winery and learn about the production techniques, ageing, and philosophy that characterise each bottle produced by the family.

The “Tradition” experience includes a guided tasting of three selected wines: Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Sensis, and Spumante Brut Rosato. The tasting is accompanied by Tuscan bruschetta and local pecorino cheese, carefully chosen to enhance the aromas and flavours of the wines.

With a maximum of 10 participants, the experience guarantees personalised attention and an authentic welcome. Ideal for wine lovers, couples, and those who want to enjoy a special moment among the hills of Montalcino.
