What you can expect

Have an authentic experience in the historic Acetaia Paltrinieri, in operation since 1845. Take a guided visit among the ancient barrels and the Trebbiano and Lambrusco vineyards, discovering every stage of the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and IGP.

During the tour, you will learn about the processing, maturation and ageing methods that have been handed down through generations in the Paltrinieri family. The visit concludes in the vinegar factory's shop, where you can taste the different vinegars, condiments, glazes and other artisanal products by the spoonful, and purchase them directly from the producer.

The family atmosphere and the bucolic setting make the experience ideal for those seeking authenticity and tradition, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
