Nestled among the vineyards of Sorbara, the ancient Paltrinieri courtyard from the 1800s has its roots, consisting of a circular farmyard overlooked by the agritourism and the family's vinegar factory.
You will be welcomed in a relaxing setting to rediscover the healthy pleasures of traditional Modena cuisine.

While you enjoy the experience, the little ones will be free to play in our large fenced garden with a play area.

Your balsamic experience will begin at the Agriturismo: you can enjoy excellent homemade pasta, vegetables grown in our garden and desserts prepared with love, all cooked according to the old family recipes and enhanced with our Balsamic Vinegar.

We offer a full menu that includes:

• a first course
• a main course with a side dish
• the house dessert
• Water, coffee, and Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC wine

After lunch, one of our guides will take you to the historic Acetaia, where
you will discover the processing, maturing and ageing methods of the most precious of condiments.

An expert will accompany you during the sensory food tasting, which takes place by the spoon, to capture every nuance: a thick, shiny drop that releases intense and enveloping aromas.
On the palate, it is soft, balanced and persistent, with a perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.
A taste that immediately wins you over and makes it impossible to resist taking it home.

The visit will end in the “Bottega di Acetaia Paltrinieri”, where you can buy Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, condiments, and many other artisanal products directly from the producer.

Our facility has a large car park for cars and buses. We are easy to reach: our farm is 15 km from the Modena Nord highway exit.
