We welcome you to our workshop-house in Miraflores, a space where coffee is shared with calm and attention. It's not an open café or a traditional class: it's a close experience, designed to take your time and chat over coffee.
We'll start with a chat about Peruvian coffee and its journey, from the lands where it's grown to the cup. We'll talk about the jungle's edge, the microclimates, the work of the coffee growers, and the processes that make each origin unique.
Then we'll taste different high-altitude coffees, exploring aromas, flavours, and textures. Rather than memorizing terms, the idea is to observe, compare, and refine your perception through experience. Each coffee reflects a careful chain of work, where time, knowledge, and territory are fundamental.
To go with the tasting, we'll share a pairing of local products selected with the same criteria.
We brew the coffee using slow bar methods, like V60 or Kalita, so you can appreciate how the process influences the final result and enjoy the leisurely pace of preparation.
This experience is designed for curious people, coffee lovers, and travellers looking for something more intimate and authentic: a meeting to connect with what we consume and the stories behind each cup.
