Our team will be ready to pick you up at your hotel and begin our exciting adventure in Minca, we will have a 60-minute drive to Minca. We will begin a 50-minute walk along ecological trails. They will give us a talk about the complete process, production, harvesting, drying, roasting of coffee and we will also have an important talk about the importance of guadua that connects the different sectors of the mountains. We continue our journey by car to the planting area to begin a 20-minute walk, crossing the river until we reach a hidden waterfall 25 metres high. We will enjoy a refreshing bath in water from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Then we will begin a 50-minute walk through the tropical humid forest until we arrive, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch. There, we will have a talk about the complete process, production, collection, drying, and roasting of cocoa and learn how to make our own chocolate bar. We will end our adventure by returning to Santa Marta.
