What you can expect

Begin your culinary adventure at the restaurant La Tovaglia Volante, located in the heart of Messina. Join a cooking class led by Chef Loredana Carere, where you'll actively participate in preparing a traditional Sicilian and Messinese menu.

Learn to make classic dishes like aubergine caponata, fresh pasta maccheroni alla Norma, and Messinese-style meat rolls. The class is conducted in English, with the option for French upon request.

After the workshop, take a short 10-minute walk to visit the astronomical clock tower of the cathedral, a 20-minute attraction that starts at 12:00 PM.

Return to the restaurant to enjoy the dishes you prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine and a small dessert.
