What you can expect

This is one of the most popular excursions on Lake Atitlán; it's a short hike. Take in an unparalleled sunrise, the volcanic range, Lake Atitlan, and the surrounding villages.
The trip involves a 30-minute drive and a 35-minute hike from an altitude of 6,560 feet (2,000 metres above sea level) to the highest point of the viewpoint (7,380 feet/2,250 metres above sea level).
We return between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM to finish with a delicious breakfast and the best organic coffee from the Lake Atitlán coffee-growing region.
