This amazing tour brings you on the road to Hana and continues a little further past halfway to Hana. This six and a half hour return tour as much easier than the full day tour to Hana and gives you just about everything you want. We stopped at the painted gum trees, a lookout over the Keanae Peninsula, then we stop at a black sand beach. We then stopped at Keanae which was established in 1893 for a full view of the amazing ocean waves which it's famous for, including it's Taro fields that the hawaiians held sacred and is still being grown today. Our next stop is Pua A Kaa wayside for a possible dip in a cherished waterfall. We stop Stop at the Halfway to Hana store for lunch and banana bread, and Kahlua Pork sandwiches or other sandwiches.
