What you can expect

During this activity, which is open to everyone (mixed and multigenerational), we will practice gentle yoga to relax and learn how to enhance our natural beauty with local, organic, skin-friendly cosmetics.

We will meet at Carbet on a shaded black volcanic sand beach to enjoy the lush Caribbean coastline with incredible views of Mount Pelée. You will also have the pleasure of seeing coastal birds and even pelicans flying in the sky. Don't forget your cameras and video cameras ;)

You will be invited to take care of yourself naturally because “true wealth is found in nature.” Marion, a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher, will share her nature-connected approach to the discipline with a Creole Flow where movement harmonises with our breathing and the sound of the ocean. A skilled teacher, she will also share her expertise in Facial Yoga. At the water's edge and on the beach, we will pamper ourselves with natural beauty treatments to enhance our natural beauty with simplicity and kindness. This service includes: - a yoga class on the beach (mats, bricks, and accessories are provided), - balneotherapy (energetic black volcanic sand scrub and invigorating sea bath),

  • natural beauty treatments (sparkling body oil, regenerating facial treatment, hair balms for the scalp and/or beard for men), - instruction in beauty and wellness routines (manual facelift, Creole beauty treatment, self-head massage), - Yin Yoga-inspired body relaxation,
  • guided meditation with visualisation to help you let go, - snacks (fresh fruit juice before the bath, and sweet potato ice cream accompanied by a “country” tea after the treatments). This Yoga and Beauty activity is scheduled every Monday morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is possible to book another day on request, depending on availability.

A short questionnaire will be sent to you after your booking so that we can get to know you better. You can use this to let us know if you have any allergies (food or skin) or minor health issues. See you soon on the island of flowers (Martinique's second name ;)
