What you can expect

  • We'll start our journey at Place de l'Horloge, where we'll immerse ourselves in the vibrant markets, handpicking the freshest ingredients sourced directly from local vendors.

Upon returning home, you'll be greeted with a warm cup of Moroccan mint tea as we prepare to cook together. Guided by my family's time-honored recipes passed down through generations, we'll embark on a culinary adventure, mastering the art of crafting authentic couscous step by step.

As our dishes simmer to perfection, we'll indulge in the fruits of our labour, savouring each bite accompanied by the refreshing taste of Berber mint tea. Prepare to uncover the secrets behind traditional Moroccan cooking and embark on a journey of flavours unlike any other. Welcome to Essaouira, where every meal is a celebration of culture, tradition, and exquisite taste.
