A one-hour master class: You will learn the secrets of making the dough and closing the real tortellini with a professional restaurateur.
All ingredients and gear: Flour, fresh eggs, the traditional filling, and use of the rolling pin are included.
Your tortellini to take home: Everything you prepare during the one-hour class will be given to you at the end of the lesson, ready to cook at home to dazzle your friends and family
Purchases in the delicatessen: Food, drinks, and typical products purchased in the delicatessen before or after the lesson are not included in the price of the ticket.
