Activity itinerary

You will paddle through the mangroves of Laguna de Las Canas, continue along the river, and make your way to Playa La Boca de Ori, where the river meets the sea. Along the way, you can enjoy scenic landscapes and biodiversity, discover the beauty of the coastal ecosystem, and experience the peaceful surroundings of the Dominican Republic’s north coast. A moderate level of physical fitness is recommended, as the experience involves paddling for a couple of hours. Participants should be able to get in and out of the kayak or onto the paddleboard with minimal assistance. This experience may not be suitable for travellers with significant mobility limitations or serious back or neck problems.
