  • PADI Medical Questionnaire is mandatory worldwide. We dive max. 6m from shore and start slowly in shallow water. Medical rules are the same for 6m and 40m dives. Important: The answers marked in the questionnaire are binding. Example: If “over 45” and “smoker” are answered with “YES”, PADI requires a mandatory medical clearance, even without any acute illness. The same applies to any medication intake, except birth control pills. Participation without a medical certificate is only possible if no “YES” answer requires medical clearance. No doctor visit possible on the day; no refund if clearance is missing.

Activity itinerary

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING IN MALLORCA Would you like to try scuba diving and discover Mallorca’s underwater world? The Discover Scuba Diving programme is the perfect introduction for beginners with no prior experience. Before the dive, you receive a short briefing and practice essential skills in shallow water, such as breathing underwater, equalising your ears, clearing your mask, and basic hand signals. All exercises are done calmly and at your own pace. The dive takes place in a protected area with a maximum depth of 6 metres, allowing you to explore the underwater world safely and relaxed. Entry is from shore via easy steps, ideal for first-time divers. After successful participation, you receive an official PADI Discover Scuba Diving certificate, which may be credited towards a PADI Open Water Diver course. Important: Completion of the official PADI Medical Questionnaire in advance is mandatory. Depending on your answers, a medical clearance may be required before the dive day. If unsure, please contact us in advance, as a doctor’s visit on the day is not possible.
