The activity will always be in a private group (1 to 4 people). You choose which hike you want to take from 15 options. Just book and send a message with the route you want to take.
You'll be guided by me, Paulo Jesus. I was born and live on the island, and I'm a certified mountain guide. I offer several types of walks in the Levadas in the heart of the endemic Laurissilva forest, as well as the trails by the ocean and, last but not least, the equally spectacular mountain trails.
Included: access and reservation fees for the routes, transport, insurance, a Portugal tourism licence, and a local guide certified by Portugal tourism.

1: Ponta de São Lourenço Trail, 7 km (PR 7) - moderate
2: Vereda do Larano - Machico, 11 km - moderate
3: Achadas da Cruz hike 6 Km - moderate (only on Saturdays and Sundays)

Levadas and Laurissilva forest hikes:

4: Levada do Rei, 10 km (PR 18) - easy
5: Levada do Caldeirão Verde, 12 km (PR 9) - moderate
6: Levada Nova and Levada do Moinho, 9 km - moderate
7: Levada das 25 Fontes 12 km (PR 6) - moderate
8: Levada dos Cedros (PR 14) and Fanal, 15 km - (difficult)
9: Levada do Alecrim 7 km (PR 6.2) - easy
10: Meia Légua valley hike (secret) - 12 km - (difficult)
11: Rabaçal secret trail 10 km - moderate
12: Bica da Cana secret and PR 17 - (difficult, requires good physical preparation and experience, with the option of sunrise, only on Saturdays and Sundays.)
