Know before you book

  • Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may be accommodated if possible, but entry is not guaranteed or refundable.
  • The experience is conducted in English. Child tickets are apply for ages 10–17, Adult tickets for ages 18 - 59, and Senior tickets for ages 60 and above.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. Hats must be removed when using the VR headset. Bags and backpacks are not allowed during the experience and must be stored in lockers provided on site.
  • Service dogs are permitted for seated experiences only to ensure safety during VR sessions.
  • Flash and tripods are not permitted.
  • In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
