Step on board your glass-bottom boat and gaze in amazement at the mesmerising bright blue hue of the lagoon's ripples. Slight movements disturb microorganisms called dinoflagellates, which emit this light when agitated.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy a Jamaican rum cocktail or a non-alcoholic drink as your guide explains the glowing lagoon's rare phosphorescent microbes and the science behind bioluminescence. If you like a more hands-on approach, feel free to take a dip in the warm Jamaican water and watch as tiny lights cover your body.
