Every Tuesday, Masterclass Season 2 transforms the venue into a live cocktail takeover experience featuring guest appearances from some of London’s most exciting bars, bartenders, and leading spirit brands.

Each week, a different guest bar team takes over Rhum Tavern and hosts a fully interactive cocktail masterclass built around their drinks, their style, and their storey. Alongside a partnered spirit brand, guests are guided through a curated three-cocktail experience exploring flavour profiles, techniques, ingredients, and the stories behind the spirits being poured.
The evening begins with a 45-minute immersive masterclass led by professional bartenders and brand ambassadors. Expect cocktail making, guided tastings, insider techniques, live demonstrations, and the chance to learn directly from some of the industry’s top talent.
Then the energy shifts.
As the session opens up, the venue evolves into a vibrant social atmosphere with live music and an in-house DJ carrying the night forward. Guests can continue enjoying cocktails, explore the venue, socialise, and soak in one of the most unique nightlife environments in London.
