Join your instructor, JoJo, for this dreamy chocolate masterclass and make your own chocolate truffles while sipping on your favourite alcoholic drinks of your choice which you have brought along. Soft drinks, coffees & teas are available to purchase.

First, get stuck into making a creamy ganache centre and learn to create perfect little spheres. Coat them in chocolate or cocoa powder before decorating them with sprinkles and cocoa nibs.

Make memories with your friends, family, or partner, or simply learn to whip up some tasty truffles for yourself. At the end of your class, take home a box of your own truffles to savour at your leisure.
