Begin your adventure by meeting your guides at the Llangollen base. Get kitted out with all the necessary gear and receive a safety briefing.

Once you're ready, head straight out onto the river, which runs through the site. Get afloat and learn some basic skills, along with essential safety information.

Then, set off to the rapids for exhilarating fun. Surf, play games, and run and re-run rapids, forwards, backwards, and sideways. Your guide will ensure you have a fantastic experience and stay safe at all times.

At the end of the session, head back inside to get changed.
