Our boat takes a maximum of 8 guests per tour, so if you are looking for a private experience on our ticketed tours make sure you are booking for 8 spots

Our tours will only be cancelled in case of heavy rainfall or storms. We provide Raincoats and blankets on the boat, for events of light rain, do not expect although to be 100% dry in the end of the tour.

Our crew reserves the right to limit the alcohol supply or even, end the tour, without any refunds if the situation gets out of control. Our open bar is a premium service for travellers to enjoy the experience as much as possible. Not a Booze Cruise.

Check in at the meeting point 15 minutes before your tour´s departure time.
Be aware of the traffic in the city, plan to arrive early.
Zero tollerance policy with delays, the boat will not wait for you.
Departure time is the booked time on your ticket.
No refunds or reschedules if the customer arrives after departure time.
Make sure to find a bathroom if you need one before meeting the crew, there’s an emergency toilet on board that you can use but it’s advised to find one before the tour.
