You'll be welcomed into the cosy garden of an old barn, a typical Salento structure with 4 star-shaped vaults, recently renovated. It used to be a stable and warehouse, but now it's where you can enjoy a fantastic culinary experience that honours local traditions.
After checking out the place, you can enjoy an aperitif of local goodies paired with some amazing Salento wines.
Right after, let's get to work… We'll make pasta with you, and we'll top it with two sauces: 'fresh tomato & basil' and 'Ciceri & Tria' (chickpeas with veggies and fried pasta).
During the evening, you can listen to the traditional music 'La Pizzica' and, if you want, use the fine luthier guitars and tambourines provided to accompany a few stornello songs.
The evening will wrap up with some amazing homemade ice cream and a refreshing homemade limoncello
