You will be welcomed in the cosy garden of an “antica rimessa,” a traditional Salento building with four star-shaped vaults, which has been recently renovated. Previously used as a stable and a warehouse, it is now used to offer you a fantastic culinary experience in keeping with local traditions.
After visiting the property, you'll be able to enjoy an aperitif featuring typical local products, accompanied by fine Salento wines.
Right after that, it's time for everyone to get to work… Together with you, we will make the pasta and serve it with two different sauces: “Fresh Tomato & Basil” and “Ciceri & Tria,” which is chickpeas seasoned with a mix of vegetables and fried pasta.
During the evening, you can listen to the traditional music known as “La Pizzica” and, if you wish, use the fine luthier guitars and tambourines provided to accompany a few folk songs.
Delicious homemade gelato and a refreshing glass of the house limoncello will bring the evening to a close.
