What you can expect

Join Tahoe's best yoga studio for an experience upon beautiful Lake Tahoe during a paddle board yoga session. Paddle upon the crystal clear waters and learn to move with grace as your guide leads you through yoga asana and mindfulness practices.

This experience includes a guided paddle tour, asana practice, mindful relaxation, and peaceful rest upon your paddle board. Everyone is welcome! This practice is suitable for beginners, as well as experienced paddlers and yogis.

All materials are included as well as a mini-lesson. Our guides are experienced in teaching paddling and yoga. You'll develop awareness, balance and confidence through our support and guidance.
