What you can expect

  • The Experience:
Forget crowded ferries: this is your chance to sail in style on a characteristic Italian boat, as comfortable and reliable as it is elegant. The classic lines, and the onboard comfort will make your trip a truly VIP experience.

Departing comfortably from the city of Como, we'll begin our cruise towards the first basin and the middle lake, where lush mountains plunge into the water and the world's most famous architectural gems are hidden.

    What we'll see (the itinerary):
During our 2-hour cruise, you'll have the opportunity to admire these wonders directly from the lake (with your captain ready to share local trivia and anecdotes):

⛲ Villa Geno: famous for its spectacular water fountain that shoots 30 metres into the air. Built in 1790, it is one of the true symbols of the city of Como.

Villa Cagni Troubetzkoy: spectacularly clinging to the rock face, it was built in the mid-19th century by a Russian prince, a former prisoner in Siberia, who created a refuge with a unique and mysterious charm.

✨ Mandarin Oriental (formerly Villa Roda/CastaDiva): Once the home of the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta (muse of composer Vincenzo Bellini), it is now one of the most luxurious and captivating five-star resorts in Italy.

Villa Pliniana: a 16th-century palace shrouded in legend. Named after Pliny the Elder, it is famous for a mysterious intermittent spring that even fascinated Leonardo da Vinci.

Orrido di Nesso: a breathtaking natural spectacle! A deep rocky gorge where two streams merge into a spectacular waterfall, beautifully spanned by the ancient stone bridge of Civera.

Laglio and Villa Oleandra: admire the tranquil village of Laglio from the lake, home to the world-famous Villa Oleandra. George Clooney's summer residence has made this corner of the lake a hotspot for Hollywood stars.

The village of Moltrasio: A charming town famous for its sun-kissed villas and the local limestone (“Moltrasio stone”), which has historically been used to build the majestic homes around the lake.

Villa Fontanelle: The iconic neoclassical mansion of the 1920s, the favourite residence of legendary fashion designer Gianni Versace. A true triumph of elegance and impeccably manicured gardens.

Villa D'Este (Cernobbio): Built in 1568 as a cardinal's residence, it is now one of the most famous luxury hotels in the world, with immense Renaissance gardens that elegantly slope down to the water.

Villa Erba: Majestic and grandiose, it was the summer residence of the great Italian director Luchino Visconti. Today, it is a prestigious events centre and a frequent setting for numerous Hollywood blockbusters.

Villa Olmo: We'll end our return journey to Como in style with this imposing neoclassical villa, which once hosted historic figures such as Napoleon Bonaparte and Giuseppe Garibaldi.
