You'll be riding on a historical-naturalistic trail: up and down the hills, through meadows, lakes, mountain creeks and old villages. You'll reach an old gristmill lying in a fairy-tale little valley; you'll stop at a waterfall and, when it's hot enough or if you're brave enough, you'll stop for a swim at a mountain creek to energise yourself.
