After breakfast, we hike towards the spectacular Laguna 69 (4,600 m). The trail follows a scenic high-altitude route through the upper valley, offering exceptional panoramic views of glaciers, waterfalls, and surrounding snow-capped peaks. Laguna 69 is a stunning turquoise lake nestled beneath the towering summits of Chacraraju (6,145 m) and Pisco (5,752 m). The contrast between the deep blue waters and the dramatic glacier-covered peaks creates one of the most iconic landscapes in the Peruvian Andes. After spending time at the lake to rest, take photos, and enjoy the scenery, we descend along a long but beautiful trail back to Cebollapampa, where our private transport will be waiting to take us back to Huaraz. Distance: approx. 12 km (hike) / 85 km (transfer) Duration: 6–7 hours (hike) / 3 hours (transfer)
