La Caravedo Hacienda Visit
We'll start this guided tour of La Caravedo at 10 am at the main entrance of the hacienda, located on the outskirts of Ica.

First, you'll be greeted with a welcome drink, consisting of a chilcano soft drink for the adults and a juice for the children. After this reception, we'll embark on a guided tour of the distillery at the hacienda of La Caravedo.

We'll start the tour by visiting the original installations dating back to 1684, where we'll see the wine press, the press and the falcas used for the production of pisco. We'll then head to the more modern rooms of the distillery to see how this popular Peruvian drink is made using the latest technology.

We'll continue our tour of the hacienda in the stables of La Caravedo. In these stables we'll see a wide variety of animals such as Peruvian jumping horses, ponies, alpacas, guinea pigs, peacocks and guinea fowl.

After the visit to the stables, you can cool off in the swimming pool of the hacienda La Caravedo - don't forget to bring your swimming costume! After this dip, we'll have a tasting of two international gold medal-winning piscos.

This tasting is sure to whet your appetite, so we'll put the finishing touch to this experience with a delicious lunch. This lunch consists of a menu of the day that includes three courses, a Chilcan soft drink and water or soft drink.

Once you have regained your strength, you'll be able to stay in the hacienda until 6 pm.
