Summary of Purchasing Instructions

1. The duration of the charter is 9 hours per day (including the travel time).
2. If the departure place is not in Fukuoka, the duration shall be calculated according to the time of the driver's departure from Fukuoka; If the return destination is not in Fukuoka, the guest is required to reserve a time for the driver to return to Fukuoka from the guest drop-off point.
3. For more than two consecutive chartered trips (if the return trip is not in Fukuoka on the same day), the guest shall bear the driver's accommodation fee of 10,000 yen/night to avoid the fatigue of the driver.
4. Please note that the total mileage of the chartered bus is limited to 300 km. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 150 yen per km will be charged.
5. This package does not provide reservation services for restaurants, scenic spot tickets, entertainment venues, etc.
6. Please specify pick-up and drop-off location and address when placing orders.
7. Please provide the itinerary you want to arrange in the remarks when placing the order. If the itinerary cannot be arranged or does not meet the specifications, we will negotiate with you to change the itinerary content or cancel the order.
8. When placing the order, please accurately fill in the number of all baggage. If the number of baggage and the number of passengers cannot meet the requirements, we will negotiate with you to change the model or cancel the order.
9. Be sure to provide your contact information, such as an easily accessible mobile number or social media contact information. Please be aware that no refund or change of order will be made if the staff is unable to contact you.
10. According to Japanese law, children under the age of 6 must use child safety seats (1-1.5 seats per child). Please inform us in advance of the number of child safety seats required. The first child safety seat is provided free of charge, and from the second one an additional 1,500 yen each, please pay to the driver before boarding.
11. Extra fee of 5,000 yen per 30 minutes (more than 30 minutes is calculated as 1 hour) will be charged to the driver before getting off the bus. The billing time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the drop-off time at the end of the trip (if the departure or drop-off place is not in Fukuoka, the driver's return time will be deducted).
12. Late night charter (22:00 to 6:00) will charge an extra 10,000 yen/hour, please pay to the driver before boarding. 13. In Japan, there will be traffic jams during the morning rush hour, evening rush hour and holidays, resulting in extended hours.
