Know before you book
- Ticket validity may vary as follows: 24 hours and 48 hours (from the time and date stated on the ticket)
- The bus service runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 30 to 40-minute interval between each bus stop. (Last pickup at any designated stop at 4 PM)
- Children aged 5 to 12 while little ones aged 1 to 4 ride for free
- The activity provider reserves the right to postpone, cancel, delay, or stop the tour due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable conditions
- The activity provider is not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the tour
- Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited on the bus.
- Dangerous items, including personal weapons or sharp objects, are strictly prohibited on the tour bus. The company reserves the right to confiscate such items and expel or deny entry to violators
- In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
