What you can expect

We are For Friends Kayak: operating kayaking tours under the name of For Friends Travel and Tour around Ao Thalane since 2002.

Ao Thalane is one of the most beautiful mangroves forests in the whole of Thailand. Take 30-40 minutes drive from Aonang beach to reach the kayak meeting point, where you will be familiarised and given tips on kayaking to insure you are comfortable and safe. Our guide will also provide your understanding of the beautiful mangrove forest and nature surrounding to insure all will enjoy.

We will then kayak through the beautiful mangrove forest and explore limestone caves, canyons, and even a lagoon, if the tide is high. You can expect to paddle 5 to 7 kilometres in approximately two hours to remember this amazing adventure.

The shade from the jungle all around you keeping it cool. Krabi’s coastline is an amazing sight to actually get to paddle a kayak around it is a very memorable experience.

Upon returning back to the pier we will provide you fresh fruits and then returning you safely back to your hotel.
