What you can expect

  • We can put together a gentle ride through some stunning scenery with fantastic views of lakes and hills or a more challenging ride over Lakeland passes.
    This tour can also take in some gravel riding for those wanting to go off tarmac who have suitable bikes.
    The gravel/road cycling tour is 40K with 1000M of climbing, starting from Keswick, following the old railway line and Coach Road (the off-road gravel section), and returning via minor gated roads with little traffic.
    The route has fantastic views of Blencathra and a possible coffee stop at Threlkeld.
