The experience step by step:

After your sign-up, our professional and friendly parasail crew will greet you and guide you to your seat on-board your parasail boat.

Settle in and take in the picturesque Okanagan Lake views as your parasail captain guides your boat slowly out of the marina while talking you through a short safety briefing.

When the exciting time arrives for you to parasail, your parasail boat's deckhand will help fit you and your parasailing partner with a life jacket and parasail harness.

The parasail parachute is then inflated and will sit just above your boat's flight deck waiting for you.

When you are ready and comfortable you will be instructed by your parasail captain to make your way up onto the flight deck where you will assist by your boat's deckhand to be safely secured to the parasail parachute and ready you for take-off.

Relax into your parasail harness and begin to enjoy the ride as your captain gently unwinds the parasail rope, slowly lifting you up into the beautiful Okanagan Sky.

Get a bird’s eye view of Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley beyond as you reach heights of up to 100 metres. Gaze down at beautiful Okanagan Lake, beaches and the bustling city centre Kelowna surrounds.

Ogopogo parasail captains love to cool guests off by giving you a gentle dip in the water, so don’t forget to tell the captain if you wish to stay dry!

Landing back on the parasail boat is a breeze, as our parasail rope winch slowly winds you back to your boat for a soft touchdown. Your boat's deckhand will help you unclip from the parachute and assist you back to your seat.
