Begin your tour with a walk in an organic olive orchard. Meet your guide, Ivan, an engineer of agriculture who planted the olives with his late father. Learn about the different types of olive trees and the process of organic olive growth and olive oil production.

Next, head to a terrace with sea views and taste three different types of organic olive oil. Enjoy a local snack of bread, cheese, salty anchovies, and olives in brie with fennel and bay leaves.

Hear about the family’s award-winning olive oils, which have won gold medals at various local and international competitions, including the New York International Olive Oil Competition and the EVOO competition in Italy.
