What you can expect
“Kandapola village house tour” will be an amazing Hindu (Tamil) culture and traditional local experience for travellers.
You will be welcomed at the village house with friendly traditional way by the local ladies
thereafter they will start learning few things about the tea plantation village lifestyle and their daily routine of the people.
we will explain them the history behind our culture and traditions including the importance in our daily routine and guest will witness many more authentic experience which are related to our traditions.
thereafter you will enjoy one of our main highlight “a beautiful Kolam” art ( Rangoli OR Mandala) together with ladies.
once completed we will make them to take part in authentic cooking show and this will be an amazing and unique experience as there is no any other places to experience this Hindu traditional lifestyle in Sri Lanka.
interaction with local people from the village and understand their lifestyle.
Last but not least guest will be served authentic food on a fresh banana leaf which they made for the day together with a freshly made cup of milk tea in local method and finally will bring them a wonderful memory to take home.
