All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what rooms are availiable at the hotel on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travellers.

Know before you book
- Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
- Please provide accurate booking info including name, gender, contact, and tour location. Losses from incorrect info are the guest's responsibility.
- City Pass and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Admission and meal prices may change without notice. No refunds for price drops.
- The tour guide may adjust the sequence, timing, or stops based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure a smooth trip.
- Temporarily closed attractions may be viewed from outside or substituted. Changes due to health-related capacity limits are considered force majeure.
- Children under 8 require a booster seat. Request at booking. Fines for non-compliance are the guest's responsibility. Not needed on bus travel days.
- Normal health conditions are required. Contact us in advance regarding disabilities or special needs. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
- Terms may be updated on our agents' website. Please review before booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages under these terms.
- In accordance with UK consumer law, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
