Join a photography masterclass. Learn to capture portraits in landscapes, work with movement and stillness, and tell a storey in a single image.
Begin by planning your route and timing, working with weather and light, and learning when to shoot and when not to. Discover how to make decisions in the field and develop your mountain intuition.
Learn how to pack your backpack like an adventure photographer, what to bring and what to leave behind, and how to protect your gear in rain, snow, and near water. Get tips on basic mountain safety and how to move near waterfalls, rivers, and exposed areas.
Receive individual tasks in the field, with immediate feedback and photo analysis on the spot. Work with a timer and learn how to photograph yourself. After the course, send your edited photos for personal feedback and tips on improvements.
Outdoor Activity & Personal Responsibility
This masterclass takes place in a natural mountain environment and involves hiking on marked trails, including uneven, rocky, wet or potentially slippery terrain. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, and exercising reasonable care throughout the activity. Participation requires a suitable level of mobility and basic hiking experience. Please note that this is an outdoor photography workshop, not a controlled studio environment. Natural terrain and weather conditions involve inherent risks. Participants are strongly advised to have appropriate personal accident or travel insurance.
Important – One-Way Route: This masterclass follows a one-way hiking route. The guided photography session ends at a designated location different from the starting point. Return transport and hiking back to the starting point are not included. Participants must plan their onward journey or return independently and allow sufficient time, particularly during winter.
