Know before you book

    • Each guest may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (no size limit).
    • Advance notice is required if bringing luggage. Failure to inform in advance may result in boarding refusal without a refund.
    • Additional luggage will incur a JPY2,000 fee per item, payable on-site.
    • Children aged 0–2 can be held and do not occupy a seat.
    • Children aged 3 and above are charged as adults.
    • If a non-seated child is not declared in advance, the driver may refuse boarding without a refund.
    • Vehicle type will be assigned based on the number of participants.
