Itinerary
All our Isles of Scilly coasteering sessions take place at Peninnis Head on St Mary’s — a perfect location for adventure, with steep granite outcrops, deep channels, and an incredible combination of cliff jumps and exciting coastal features.
We’ll meet at Peninnis Farm, just a short walk from the entry point. After sorting participation forms, you’ll be fitted with a winter wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and helmet, followed by a thorough safety briefing and guidance on movement techniques.
Once in the water, you’ll start to explore the granite playground — swimming, climbing, and floating your way through a mix of narrow gullies, cracks, and over stunning rock formations. Your guide will introduce jumps as the session unfolds, starting small and scaling up depending on your comfort and interest.
Each trip is shaped by the tide and the group — but always offers something spectacular.
