The core of our practice is deeply rooted in Shamanic Yoga. Together, we will focus on powerful breathwork (Pranayama) and gentle Kundalini awakening techniques to help unblock stagnant energy and channel it towards your heart and mind. Through a balanced flow of physical postures (asanas), mantra chanting, and deep meditation, you will reconnect with your wild, authentic self.
To make this journey even more special, the core yoga practice is gently enriched with a soothing sensory atmosphere. The subtle use of essential oils, palo santo, and the healing vibrations of Tibetan bells will accompany your final relaxation, leaving your nervous system completely restored.
Welcome & Personalisation: Your session begins in an incredible natural spot in Ibiza. We will start by assessing your physical constitution (Dosha) so I can perfectly tailor the upcoming yoga practice to your specific needs and energy levels.
The Core Practice (Breathwork & Asanas): The main focus of our 1 hours together is active and mindful movement. You will be guided through Shamanic breathwork (Pranayama), Kundalini techniques to awaken your inner power, and physical yoga postures (asanas) designed to align your body and spirit.
Sensory Relaxation & Meditation: After the physical practice, we transition into deep meditation and mantra chanting. To enhance this final phase, you will enjoy a beautiful sensory bonus: I will use the healing sounds of Tibetan bells, palo santo, and essential oils to guide you into a state of total tranquility and connection with the magic island.
