    • To book the optional Mission Control Tram (add-on tour) in advance, please contact us to purchase tickets (limited availability need to book at least 48 - 72 hours in advance).
    • Tram Tours at the Space Centre are subject to availability determined by NASA dependant on seasonal & staffing factors.
    • To best ensure all Tram Tour availability, we would recommend choosing the earliest (9:30 AM) departure times.
    • In the event of bad weather, travellers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
    • The NASA Historic Mission Control tram tour included with select packages is non-refundable and can be cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather.
    • Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
    • Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.

Please meet for check-in outside the Bank of America Tower (Capitol St. side) about 5 minutes before your departure time. Look for NASA shuttle to arrive in front of the giant, colourful Miro sculpture.

Space Center Houston

Travellers will have about 5 hours to explore and enjoy the NASA Space Centre before being picked up at the Space Center's front entrance / drop-off point. There is a 10-minute pick-up window.

Bank of America Tower (Pass by)

After travellers enjoy 5 hours at the NASA Space Centre, our Mercedes Shuttle typically will depart from the NASA Space Centre entrance to return all travellers back to the original city centre meeting location at the Bank of America Tower.
